Vexen

Petty bully who finds it funny to pick on kids like Denkyu. Can't get through to her with much of anything at all because she just doesn't seem to care all that much. She's young, so it's not like she's a lost cause, but she sure does seem awful fond of bein' rude. Not quite sure how to handle her.
